Some of us just aren't part of the IT generation. Tried extracting just the downloaded file, installed as directed, nothing happens. Is it possible by capturing it in the laptop through an HDMI cable, using the laptop as an external recorder? Every time you restart the camera, ML is loaded fresh from the card or not if you put a non-ML card in. Just means you don't have to hold down the zoom button for ages to pixel peep! C'mon, don't be a cry baby, you just got the audio control last week ;.

Comparing it a RED or F65 is really foolish and immature. It's great for indie work, where budgets are small or non-existent. One tedious post process might be to export the videos as image sequences, then use the auto HDR in Photoshop to combine it all. And aside from upping the bitrate, are there any other means being considered to further it, beside the previous mentioned.

Spring in 4K - Canon 60D and ML

Is there any chance to add AF Microadjustment to 60D, if it is even possible? Now I just have to work lahtern how to use the functions I want - but there is a User Guide so a little patience and a lot of studying and experimentation.

Can this be done on the photo side, so one doesn't need mqgic exposures to create an HDR image to get the dynamic range, but just one and the camera automatically creates the other two?

Just want to second donating to the ML team. I have used my 60D with magic lantern for quite a few interview clips and they have all turned out clear and well balanced. They have to feel safe, that their multi-thousand dollar investment is some how justified and to reinforce that feeling by puting down other hardware that is smartly comparable.

I'm lantsrn saying features and specs are everything because they aren't, but they are the bar a company should use to price their stuff IMO. I didn't think there was lnatern point in going lower than 16 fps.

Also, I have noticed that original red one m bodies are going for k right now so in a year or two I might be able to snag one for k, and that would be a godly personal camera to have. The only menu setting I see is the Analog Gain, but from 0db it goes straight to 10db So Marvin, you've tried 2.3 hack on the magjc Since you're using the Juicedlink, set ML analogue gain to 0dB and adjust the Juicedlink's levels until you get a decent level.
